Personal Training

A WELL PLANNED FITNESS PROGRAM SHOULD INCLUDE:

 1 .A physician's approval and/or clearance.

2. Consultation with a YMCA fitness or strength instructor.

3. An exercise routine including:

a. Cardiovascular conditioning

b. Strength Training.

c. Flexibility exercise.

d. Warm-up and cool-down for each exercise.
