             Facility Rental Price List

Multipurpose Room- $40.00 per hour (during facility hours)

• Accommodates up to 50 people
• Includes up to 10 tables and 50 chairs
• After Hours fee- $65.00 per hour

Conference Room - $40.00 per hour (during facility hours)

• Accommodates up to 25 people
• After Hours fee-$65.00 per hour

Gym  - $75.00 per hour (only available after hours of operation)

Birthday Party Package - $100.00

(perfect for ages 1-12)

Party Includes 3 hours

• 2 hours in the multipurpose room
• 1 hour in the pool or gym (2pm-3pm)

* Gym is not available during Fall/Summer YBA season(November-February)

For all events a rental contract and $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date; the balance must be paid in full a week prior to the event.

Youth Group Lock-In - $300

• Friday 9:00pm - Saturday 7:00am
• Includes facility usage of the following: gym,racquetball courts, kitchen, youth and teen center, and multipurpose room.
• Participants are able to swim during the hours of 10pm-12am
• Price includes up to 50 participants.  Each additional participant is $10.

**Groups must provide Proof of Insurance.**

$100.00 non-refundable deposit and rental contract is required for all lock-ins. The balance must be paid in full a week prior to the event.
